You could be affected by the upcoming changes to telephone landlines

The UK’s telephone network is being upgraded, which means that landline services are changing. We have pulled together an information sheet to help you understand a little more about the upcoming changes. Whilst we understand that you need to contact your telephone provider for more information on when this change will affect you, we wanted to provide a little more clarity on what is happening and why.
